The labour of cooking by women goes often unseen. From the beginning, which is conceptualising the dish, to the physical labour of buying produce, cooking, and serving it. This work explores and pays an ode to the hardwork of cooking done by mothers. A very simple line that resonates globally “What’s for lunch, mom?” is something every kid or even adult is familiar with.
